Pico may re-identify this data when appropriate; for example, when you request technical support, choose to use a specific Pico service or app, or create a Pico Account. To learn more about usage and error reporting on your device, and/or to change your option to participate, go to “Settings” on your device. Usage and error data settings will not affect Pico’s collection of de-identified activation data or data about specific Pico apps and services you choose to use, including Pico Account, and are otherwise subject to limitations described in this Policy.

When you use Pico Neo 2 Eye, Pico Neo 3 Eye or other products with Pico eyetracking feature, your device will collect your eye tracking information with your consent. When Pico eyetracking is turned on, derivative information will be used, including eye gaze information (such as the direction of your eye gaze, blink status). These eye tracking information (not the eye image itself) may be used by apps or services that interact with you. Although Pico has restrictions on how third-party apps or service providers use your eye tracking information, Pico is not responsible for how the third party uses your information. You should review the third party's privacy policy to learn how they use your information. If you do not want these third-party apps to use your eye tracking information, you can change your permission settings in the app (if it’s supported by the app) or remove the app from your device.
